Refund and Returns Policy


We stand behind our products and do what we can to make things right. If there is a problem, let me know so I can identify the issue and resolve it.

Returns of unwanted items

If you’ve ordered a product and decided it is not what you want, you can return it for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. All ammunition returns must be pre-approved and coordinated due to its special hazardous nature.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping return

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7090 N Oracle Road, Suite 178-236. Tucson, AZ 85704.

Ammunition must be shipped via UPS ground with the hazardous sticker on the box. Brass can be sent via USPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages or loss

Any shipping damage or shortage must be reported within seven days of receipt. If the damage or shortage is not reported within the seven day period, the report will be void. 

In the rare event that your package is damaged, a claim will be filed with UPS and a refund or replacement will be issued once the claim investigation has concluded. 


Orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled. A refund will be issued. If an order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order when the Terms and Conditions have not been complied with. In the event that an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued.
